Banana Smoothie

This is the Healthyroo way and our take of how your banana smoothie can get more protein and help you slim down.

Steps

  • 1.Combine and blitz in a blender.
  • 2.Top with almonds and cocoa nibs.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops ZEST SLIM
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) chilled almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey, or to taste
  • 2 ice cubes
