How to Use

Mix 30g (2 scoops) of ZEST SLIM with low-fat milk, water or your preferred healthy beverage.

We recommend one ZEST SLIM Shake in the morning, have a healthy lunch of your choice (400-500 calories), and one ZEST SLIM Shake at night. Feel free to have 2-3 healhty snacks throughout the day.

  • Tuna on plain crackers
  • 1 x large fruit
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Handful of nuts
  • 1 x Hardboiled egg


  • Water
  • Herbal Tea
  • Black coffee
  • Unsweetened Almond milk
  • Unsweetened Coconut milk
  • Coconut water

Make sure you follow these golden rules:

1. No sugar
2. No alcohol
3. Get 7+ hours of sleep
4. Drink 2 litres of water per day
5. Plan your meals one day in advance

How to Use Your Journal

To keep you motivated, track your progress in your daily weight loss journal! It has been scientifically proven that monitoring progress increases the likelihood of your success ( American Psychological Association )

• Record your current weight
• Take a before photo
• Write down 3 reasons on why you want to do this program
• Weigh yourself first thing in the morning and record it in your daily journal
• After 25 days, take an after photo of the new you
